On a repair visit. A full diagnosis of the system, not just the part that failed, and a written price before any work starts. You approve the number first. If the repair turns into a replacement conversation, we quote both.
On a tune up. A safety check, cleaning, and a performance test across the system, plus a written report of anything we find wearing out. Booked ahead of the season so problems surface before you need the system.
On a full system install. Aura smart thermostat, a Manual J load calculation so the system is sized to your home instead of matched to whatever was there before, full duct cleaning, and a post install walkthrough.
Anything else the job needs is on your written quote before work begins. Nothing is added after the fact.
A tune up is the right call when nothing is wrong yet. It is maintenance, booked before the season, and it is what keeps the other two off your calendar.
A repair, is when the system is under 10 years old, the failure is a single component, and the repair costs less than about a third of a replacement.
A replacement usually is the better choice when your HVAC system is 12 to 15 years old, still runs on R-22 refrigerant, has needed more than one repair in the past two years, or when the repair quote crosses about half the cost of a new system.
Where more than one is reasonable, we quote them side by side and tell you which we would choose in your position.
Financing is not only for new systems. Repairs can be financed too, so a failed compressor in July does not have to become a decision you make in one afternoon.
On a full system, a qualifying install starts at $59 per month with $0 down, on approved credit. On the promotional plan you pay zero interest when the balance is paid within 24 months.

Qualifying Peak Series systems carry up to a 15 year parts and labor warranty. Parts and labor means a covered failure costs you nothing for either one, for the life of the coverage.
Repairs carry their own workmanship coverage, and PeakClub Premier members get 10% off repairs on top of it. We register install warranties for you, so there is no form for you to remember.
