Our old Mitsubishi mini split failed our heating and cooling needs. We contacted Peak and they found a Hitachi replacement that is works well in Michigan winters and very efficient. Came home to our furnace not working, and it was 45 degrees inside. Peak was the only company out of the 5 that I called who sent someone same day (within 2 hours) to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately we needed a new furnace, but they also sped that process up and we had a new furnace the next day. Super nice people and are there to help, not pressure into anything.
