Our Peak Club maintenance plans include a variety of services depending on the membership level you choose. Services may include HVAC maintenance service, diagnostic fee, repair credits, repair discounts, repair warranties, annual HVAC tune-ups, HVAC repair discounts, old HVAC equipment trade-in credits, emergency repair priority scheduling, AC coil cleaning, and furnace blower wheel cleaning.
What is the PeakPreferred plan?
The PeakPreferred plan is an exclusive plan to customers who have purchased a Peak series HVAC system with Peak Heating and Cooling. This plan offers special benefits at $8.99/month or $8.24/month billed annually. If you’ve previously bought a Peak Series HVAC system with us, you opt for a PeakPreferred plan or any of the plans that we offer that includes, PeakClub Premier and PeakClub Prestige.
What happens if I want to have multiple HVAC systems covered in the maintenance plan?
Starting prices for each Peak membership plans are for one HVAC system. Any additional systems that you want added to a maintenance plan, you will need to add-on an additional maintenance plan for a secondary HVAC system.
What does the AC coil and furnace blower wheel cleaning entail?
- Basic AC Coil & Furnace Blower Cleaning: Included in PeakClub Premier. This includes a basic cleaning of critical components of AC Coil and Furnace Blower.
- Deep AC Coil & Furnace Blower Cleaning: Included in PeakClub Prestige. providing thorough HVAC maintenance for higher efficiency and extends your HVAC system’s lifespan.

- PEAKPREFFRED: The diagnostic fee is $89 per visit. This means you will be charged $89 for a HVAC diagnostic repair service.

How much do the maintenance plans cost?
We offer four levels of maintenance plans:
- PEAKCLUB PRIME: $9.99/month or $9.16/month billed annually.
- PEAKCLUB PREMIER: $24.99/month or $22.91/month billed annually.
- PEAKCLUB PRESTIGE: $39.99/month or $36.66/month billed annually.
- PEAKPREFFRED: $8.99/month or $8.29/month billed annually (exclusive to those who have purchased a Peak series system with Peak Heating and Cooling.
How does the membership cancellation policy work?
Peak Memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled via phone call, if you'd like to cancel your membership kindly give us a call at (616) 207-3434. Cancelling within the first three months incurs a penalty equivalent to the total amount of member discount savings received on the initial job.
What is a diagnostic fee?
The diagnostic fee is a cost that is associated with having a HVAC technician visit your home to diagnose any issue with your furnace heating or air conditioning system. This fee varies depends on which membership plan you opt for, PEAKCLUB PREMIER and PEAKCLUB PRESTIGE includes free diagnostics.
- PEAKCLUB PRIME: The diagnostic fee is $89 per visit. This means you will be charged $89 for a HVAC diagnostic repair service.
- PEAKCLUB PREMIER: There is no diagnostic fee, diagnostic repair fees are free for premier members.
- PEAKCLUB PRESTIGE: There is no diagnostic fee, diagnostic repair fees are free for premier members.

Can I transfer my annual trade-in credit if I move?
Yes, you can transfer your annual trade-in credit to anyone within our service area in Michigan if you move away.
